What S.O.A.A is, and what it is not

S.O.A.A is an informational analytics tool. It surfaces, ranks, and explains publicly available sports odds based on filters you choose. It does not accept wagers. It does not hold funds. It is not a sportsbook, daily-fantasy site, or licensed gaming platform. Anything S.O.A.A produces is analytical commentary, not advice to place a wager.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance does not predict future results. Lines move. Models, our own included, are imperfect. Any decision to put real money at stake is a decision you make on your own with a third-party operator, and that decision carries real financial risk.

If gambling is causing harm

Signs that gambling has crossed into harmful territory include: betting more than you can comfortably afford to lose; chasing previous losses with larger bets; borrowing money to gamble; missing work, sleep, or commitments because of betting; arguing with people close to you about gambling; or feeling restless, anxious, or down when you stop. If any of those are present, please reach out to one of the resources above.

Eligibility and minimum age

Use of S.O.A.A is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Even though S.O.A.A does not accept wagers, the content surfaced is sports-betting-adjacent and not appropriate for minors. We will refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we have reason to believe the User is below the minimum age.

State-by-state and jurisdictional notes

Some jurisdictions restrict the operation of, or access to, sports-betting-adjacent services. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the Service is lawful in your location. We provide informational analytics only, but the legal landscape is patchwork and evolving. If you are unsure, do not use the Service.

Self-imposed limits

S.O.A.A's Pro tier intentionally rate-limits the number of generations available without ad views to encourage thoughtful, deliberate use. If you find that you are running generations compulsively, the right course of action is to stop and step away from the Service. Closing the tab and returning the next day is a feature, not a failure.
